Company Background
HD Mining Parts GmbH & Co. KG traces its roots back to 2001, when its legal predecessor began supplying spare parts for hydraulic mining excavators of Komatsu Mining Germany, initially focusing on the DEMAG H95 series.
In the following years, activities expanded to include the sales and technical support of DEMAG H95 and H135 excavators, strengthening operational expertise in large-scale mining environments.
During the mid-2000s, the company assumed the official dealership for Komatsu Mining Germany in Kazakhstan. Operating in demanding open-pit mining conditions significantly shaped its practical understanding of machine reliability, component wear behaviour and lifecycle requirements.
From the late 2000s onward, the portfolio expanded to include modern hydraulic mining excavators such as the Komatsu PC3000 and PC4000.
Since the mid-2010s, HD Mining Parts has operated as an independent supplier of spare parts for hydraulic mining excavators including the PC3000, PC4000, PC5500 and PC8000 models.
In 2020, the company initiated a structured engineering program focused on specification control, component validation and controlled manufacturing processes.
Today, HD Mining Parts combines field experience, dealership background and engineering-based product development within an independent supply structure.
